• Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with purchase details. This email serves as an acknowledgment of your order but does not guarantee acceptance.

• Delivery Errors: BlackCat Elegance is not liable for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

• Return Policy: Returns are only accepted for unshipped orders or items that arrive defective or damaged. Custom-made products are non-returnable unless defective.
• EU Consumer Protections: For customers in the EU, refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, in compliance with Directive 2011/83/EU.
• Refund Process: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees, customs charges, and other taxes are non-refundable.
